READ ALL ATTACHED DOCUMENTS. SOME HAVE INFORMATION TO HELP YOU UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENT PART OF THE PROPOSAL. EVERYONE IN THE COURSE MUST SUBMIT THIS ASSIGNMENT AND RECEIVE AT LEAST 70% TO RECEIVE A GRADE IN THE COURSE.. IF YOUR PROGRAM TOPIC WAS NOT APPROVED, THIS ASSIGNMENT WILL NOT BE GRADED UNTIL IT IS DONE PROPERLY.
Enter the topic title that was approved on the title page. Do not shorten it or make up a new title. I will not grade it if you do not give me your approved full title. Please look at the document "program description" for an explanation of each part.
You will upload your written program proposal. Read the directions carefully. Look at the articles you accessed to see how technical writing is done. Look at Chapter 5 in the book which explains program planning and each part for your proposal. Also, chapter 4 discusses theories. Look at the evaluation power points attached to find your program evaluation design.
YOU WILL BE UPLOADING THIS ASSIGNMENT WITH ALL HEADINGS AND NUMBERS IN THE TEMPLATE .
Upload the assignment as one document unless you have separate appendices that can't be copied into the document. List each heading as it appears in the rubrics with numbers and bold it so I can find each part. Do not skip parts. See the program evaluation documents to understand what type of evaluation you need to list and describe. Use APA format for all internal references and a reference list at the end. If you have a partner or partners, EACH of you must upload the document with your title and list all of the authors names so that I can give you a grade. If you do not upload a document, I cannot give you a grade. PUT ALL NAMES ON ALL UPLOADED DOCUMENTS.
