Thesis Statement:
Team building is about expanding your influence by extending it to others. When are you building a team, you have to consider knowing what can the individual bring to the team that you are trying to build and what they are capable of accomplishing while on the team. For a team to work, it will have to be infused with purpose. Purpose plays a major part in team building because it is the source of the meaning and significance people seek in what they do.
