Which dimensions are most different between the three groups? For the next two topics, you will need to engage in research beyond the Hofstede Insights webpage to complete this assignment. 2. How will these differences affect relationships and efficiency in the workplace? 3. What can the organization do to make the most of these differences to strengthen its multicultural workforce? (2 pages) Since you are engaging in research, be sure to cite and reference the sources in APA format. The paper should be written in third person; this means words like “I,” “we,” and “you” are not appropriate. See attachment for reference material.
