Write a 2 page paper answering a list of questions on the Benay vs Warner Bros Entertainment case.

First, answer the question in your own words based on what you have read in the case, BENAY v. WARNER BROS ENTERTAINMENT INC. (Citation: 607 F.3d 620). Next, include at least one quote from the case to support your answer. When quoting from the case, be sure to cite the portion of the case that you used. Please provide enough information to sufficiently and clearly answer the question. Make sure that your name and the case name is included on your cover page. Please use APA format when drafting your paper. Include a separate reference page when citing to outside sources. When using an outside source, please make sure to cite the source inside your text as well as on your reference page. Papers must be formatted in 12 point Times New Roman font and double-spaced. Additionally, papers must be at least two (2) full pages in length. (This does not include the cover and reference pages). Please use indented paragraphs to separate your major ideas and be mindful of spelling and grammar. 1. Briefly describe the facts that led to the dispute in this case. 2. What were the legal claims and/or defenses of the parties, and what arguments did they make to support them? 3. What was the court's decision and why did it make that decision? 4. Using facts from the case, explain why you agree or disagree with the outcome. 5. What new vocabulary did you learn from reading this case? Please list at least one word and define it. Quote the portion of the case where it appears.
