You will find four peer-reviewed articles, and they have been published within the last 10 years. Go to UH.EDU, then click on libraries, then databases and periodicals. I like JSTOR as a database to use. Type in your keyword search here for your topic. Once you find your articles, you should email them to me as an attachment before you begin. The article won't be short, probably about 10-15 pages per paper. You will be doing a short literature review, so you should include these from each article:
For each summary of an article, I would include:
2-3 sentences of the article's hypothesis/purpose of the study
5-6 sentences on their sample, sample size, methodology (how did they collect their data)
5-6 sentences on their conclusion, major findings
3-6 sentences on how their findings or paper can add to your topic, is parallel to what the book states, somehow describe why you chose this article.
Then, add a concluding sentence and begin a new paragraph with a new article and a lead-in sentence. Don't use the articles' title, always refer to the articles by the author's last names...Colbert (2002) looked that...
