Do the states that have evidence-based policies positively effect the rates of 1) mental health, 2) substance abuse, and 3) behavioral health compared to the states that do not have evidence-based policies?

  • Hello, I am sorry, I have been reviewing the data provided in the two excel files for over 20 hours trying to conduct data analysis.However, all the three research hypotheses require that we compare the evidence-based states against the nonevidence based states, an analysis that would be done through regression. however, based on the data given, there is no differentiated data that separates the evidence-based states from the non-evidence-based states. this makes it impossible to make use of regression analysis. In the same manner, we can not do ANOVA analysis, T-Tests analysis, and Chi-Square. This means that using the provided information alone, the work is not possible to complete
