A Gantt chart is a bar chart that illustrates the various tasks that must be completed in a time-sequence order (Shone & Parry, 2010). The Gantt chart displays the details of the work to be completed for the work breakdown structure (WBS). Your job is to RESEARCH the Gantt chart and CREATE your own chart (see p. 42-43). The chart must be very detailed and specific. In addition, you should clearly explain each task (e.g., How do you plan ad campaign; social media, flyer, information desk, etc.). This would be the critical part for your grade.
