Paragraph length answer: Slavery had been an issue since the founding of the republic so, why did the civil war take place when it did (not before or after)? What were the circumstances that were building to outbreak of the conflict? Considering economic policy: How has the the governments efforts to reverse economic downturns changed the financial lives as individuals trying to invest or save for their future? In other words, the government has taken a wide variety of actions in response to economic recessions how have these actions changed the fiscal landscape of the average American. Please explain the link between suburbanization, school-funding and segregation/re-segregation of schools and communities? What consequences has this had for intergenerational wealth?
