For this forum post, you first need to read Chapters 6 and 7 in your They Say / I Say book. Once you have read both chapters, I would like you to take a look at Exercise 1 at the end of chapter 6 (pp. 89 - 90).

Please complete the exercise in this post. Compose a paragraph in which you state an objection to Schlosser's argument and then respond to that objection. Once you have done this, I would also like for you to include at the end of the paragraph a sentence or two answering the question of "So what?" Why should the reader care about this topic? How is it relevant or important to the reader? Your response should be a fully-composed paragraph of about 5-7 sentences. Remember that grammar counts, so make sure to proofread your paragraph carefully before you post it.
