I want help to finish this research paper in Bioinformatics Paper should be 10-15 pages on 8.5`x11` paper, no more than double spaced, 10-12 pt Calibri or Times New Roman font, with margins of 1`.. References and cover pages do NOT count toward or against the page limit. No more than two pages can be figures. The papers should discuss different topics covered in the course( I attached the papers). The paper can be on any subject for weeks 2 through 8 (Genome sequence analysis: identifying features within and around genes, Phylogenetics: understanding evolution , Phylogenetics: assessing environmental influences, Signals in sequences: transcription factor binding sites, Signals in sequences: microRNA binding, Ontologies: tools for identifying gene function, Genetic Algorithms: tools for complex problems) The research papers must do more than summarize the journal articles you have read, you must synthesize what you learn from the papers into new ideas.
