Instruction
Choose one scene in the movie "Notorious"(1946), and examine it in regards to the editing choices made. Is there a lot of rapid cutting from one thing to another? A number of long takes? Cutting between time frames? Cutting between spaces/locations? Cutting between kinds of shots? Be specific and analyze how these cuts affect our experience of the story we are witnessing. As always, post one or more screen shots of frames from the scene you are analyzing and give close critical attention to the significance of how it is edited.
