  • I have gone through your document and I have seen the examples given
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:45 PM
  • You will have 6.5 hours from now
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:47 PM
  • If you think you can manage that in the time span, I will assign to you
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:47 PM
  • I have gone through your assignment, can you just briefly explain what you really want, just in a simple term
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:49 PM
  • That one can be enough
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:49 PM
  • So that I can start
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:49 PM
  • I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to determine an ideal sample size with this study because it's a study that doesn't have any context because it's theoretical. So discussing the effect size and determining sample size is confusing me
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:52 PM
  • I am hoping someone with experience can help me figure out how to calculate the proper sample size needed and could verbalize the effect size based on the previous design elements of the study
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:53 PM
  • I can do that for you
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:53 PM
  • I understand thats difficult with the limited context I have provided but I myself am stuck
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:53 PM
  • Everything is in the document?
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:54 PM
  • Yes
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:54 PM
  • Everything that I have mocked up for the study design thus far, plus, the requirements the professor is asking for (In italics) and in bold are examples he provided
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:55 PM
  • If ev

  • Ok. I have assigned it to you. Please let me know if you have any questions about whats required and the directions
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:58 PM
  • Dont forget, its due in 6.5 hours. I will check back in hourly
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:58 PM
  • How many pages si you want the document to be?
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 16:59 PM
  • Yes, I will be through within the time limit
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 17:00 PM
  • How many pages
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 17:01 PM
  • It doesn't need to be long. 1-2 pages is fine but be sure to explain the analysis and whatever statistical breakdown you do
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 17:02 PM
  • It really just needs to explain the effect size, calculate a sample size and explain how you got it
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 17:02 PM
  • Okay thanks
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 17:02 PM

  • Hello, am actually winding up now
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 21:34 PM
  • I read the assignment and understand what was required
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 21:35 PM
  • 4.1. Describe the “effect size” you believe to be clinically important, and why you believe it will be likely / feasible that you will produce / observe such an effect, or describe the sample size limitations and where the “detectable” effect size lives relative to the clinically important one.
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 21:35 PM
  • That was the requirement?
    Kimwoods_d_924 | Apr 14, 2021, 21:36 PM
  • 1. 4.2. State the conditions under which you performed your sample size / effect size calculation (i.e. describe your numeric choices of the ingredients) 4.3. Summarize
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 21:41 PM
  • Yes, that was the first question and those ^^ are the other 2
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 21:41 PM
  • summarize is self explanatory
    User_33745 | Apr 14, 2021, 21:42 PM
