teacher feedback: Introduction: Severe lack of scientific depth here. These are very generalized statements. How might heat help recovery specifically? You should be mentioning things like blood flow and heat for example with some physiological depth. What does hydration have to do with the previous points. You have to be brief, but still need some physiological content, and not generalist unspecific statements. The justification is non-existent. Why does the answer to this questions matter? Results/findings Really unclear; did heat therapy help? If so how? that's what should be in here. There should be a clear answer to the research question. Physiological mechanisms This is just a list of things which I'm assuming are implicated in muscle damage. Pick the most likely candidates and cover them in some depth. It's not clear what heat has to do with any of this. Overall, you need to do a lot of work to improve this draft. You need to include physiological depth, you have almost none in this draft. How does muscle damage occur, how might heat fix this on a cellular level? You need these details with some depth, and there is very little of that in this draft. Depth is better than breadth
