In a nutshell, TRU is in need of an option of LAN network that can efficiently handle heavy throughput since it is grown fast at 10 branches per year. Flexibility and security of the network should also be considered. Cat6 should be used for horizontal connection while Cat7 goes for backbone network. Recommendation A star typology for the Ethernet is recommended for TRU. The physical transmission should be through cables primarily twisted pair or fiber optic. A mix of twisted pairs and fiber can be used. For the twisted pair, RJ-45s and sockets are to be used (Axis Communications, 2014). To enable TRU start using PoE, midspans and splitters (also called active splitters) should be used. Justification Ethernet is a widely used LAN technology. There are various types that are readily available namely 802.3u (Fast Ethernet), 802.3z (Gigabit Ethernet over Fiber), 802.3ab (Gigabit Ethernet over UTP), and 802.3ae (10 Gigabit Ethernet). For TRU, I make the recommendation that 802.3ab (Gigabit Ethernet over UTP) should be applied. Power over Ethernet (PoE) provision would also need to be considered to boost flexibility and to some extend security. The Ethernet connects servers with high usage. This implies that it can accommodate future increased use without being overwhelmed. Taking into consideration that TRU is still expanding this will be a positive move to empowering LAN. The Ethernet also interconnects access switches with fast Ethernet users and also connects distribution switches to core layer (McQuerry, 2014). Use of PoE gives the opportunity to supply devices with power using the same cables that supply data communication. Some of the devices that can benefit from this capability include IP phones, network cameras and wireless access points. The benefit of PoE is that when there is a power loss, devices connected over PoE do not stop to function as they use back up power. This is particularly important for security cameras as short lapses in their operation may compromise security of the workstation (Axis Communications, 2014). Active splitters enable existing network to support PoE. The active splitters are placed in between the network switch and the equipment that need to be powered. There is a distance variable that needs to be observed; the distance between the switch and the equipment being connected should be 100 meters. In the case of TRU, PoE usage will be possible since the network occupies the same story building and thus distance may not be an issue. A further advantage of splitters is that they can split power and data in an Ethernet cable (Axis Communications, 2014). Cat6 is a superior quality cable that can handle the needs of horizontal networking. Cat7 is better than Cat6 but costly. Its quality is superb and will fit in backbone network.

This is what happened...yesterday this site claimed that, there was alot of cancelation of asignments done,,and they flagged many of the writers accounts..last 3 days i was assigned 3 assignments by a tutor and since the assignments were urgent, electric power in my area went off for about 1 hour and 30 minutes,.so he canceled those assisgnment...my talented teacher account cannot bid new assignments until 2 months ends..this is suspension..even look at the browse questions very few writers are biding on the assignments..

There have been a high amount of cancellations this month and that is simply not acceptable.
