The purpose of this assignment is for you to summarize how the study of race has changed within the field of anthropology over the past century. Please type your response in a word processing software (e.g., MS Word). The title of this assignment should be centered on your page as: Timeline: How the Study of Race Has Changed in Anthropology from the 18th c. to Modern Times. Your response will be single-spaced, 12 point Times New Roman font with 1 inch margins all around (top, bottom, left, right). You will leave an extra space between paragraphs. Your response should be between 2-3 pages (no shorter than 2 pages and no longer than 3 pages). You do not need to include a Literature Cited or References pages. See example here (). Step 1: Use the appropriate readings to help you (Goodman et al. Chapters 2 and 3, Anemone Ch. 4) Step 2: You will have five paragraphs. Each paragraph will have the following headings typed in bold face: Paragraph 1: Late 18th Century Ideas Paragraph 2: Early-Mid 19th Century Ideas Paragraph 3: Mid-Late 19th Century Ideas Paragraph 4: 20th Century Ideas Paragraph 5: Current Times Step 3: Each paragraph should present a summary of the concept(s) of race most prevalent at the time. Your summary should include: a description or descriptions of the concept(s) of race popular at the specific time in history a description of the method(s) of how race was studied a description of the rationale for why scientists and anthropologists studied race in that way duding the specific time in history the primary scientists and/or anthropologists involved (e.g., Linnaeus, Boas, Livingstone, Montagu, etc.) in developing or influencing the concept(s) of race you mentioned
