View the video, "The Footpath Murders", and discuss how the use of DNA was being used prior to this case. Why did law enforcement seek out and use DNA? What is your opinion of the handling of the first suspect by the police? What would have happened to the suspect if DNA was not used? Would the type of screening used in the UK be allowed in the US? Why or why not? Your answer should be approximately 2 to 3 paragraphs. Submit a word document. Review the first autorad image. This is a sexual assault case in which there are 2 suspects. By viewing the bands, can you exclude/eliminate one or both of the suspects? If so, which one and why? Considering that this is a married woman, why do you think that the husband's DNA was included in one of the lanes? (Hint: in a home invasion, why would the people who live in the house have their fingerprints recorded?) Submit your answers in a word document View the direction video for the STR assignment, the STR profile, and the STR all
