Now that you have learned more about working in groups, going forward how would you avoid making the same decision. 3.Hot Topic Assignment: Conflict Resolution Styles & Decision Making Strategies Describe your conflict resolution style. What are the steps you generally follow when resolving conflict within a group setting? Now that you have read Chapter 8, revise your conflict resolution style using the 5 conflict resolution styles found on page 65. They include competing, accommodating, avoiding, collaborating and compromising. Based on the hot topic article this week, identify two strategies for conflict resolution and two strategies related to decision making and leadership that address how stigma and stereotypes can be reduced related to the identified population. Use the required readings to complete this assignment. Remember, all assignments must be submitted in APA format with a cover page and reference page. 4.Assignment: Leadership Styles Instructions The assignment will have 3 parts. Part 1: Write about your preferred leadership style. Part 2: Complete style quiz found at: https://www.leadershipiq.com/blogs/leadershipiq/36533569-quiz-whats-your-leadership-style Take a screenshot of your results and add to the bottom of word document assignment Part 3: Does your preferred style match up with your quiz results?
