How may these two roles intersect in a small business or a corporate organization? What are the disadvantages and/or advantages of being an entrepreneurial leader in a large corporation? What key characteristics and traits does the entrepreneurial leadership style command? What is more likely conducive to effective growth, sustainability and performance?
