You estimate that you will need one full-time project manager, two full-time business analysts for the first six months, two full-time senior programmers for the whole year, four full-time junior programmers for the months of July, August, and September, and one full-time technical writer for the last three months. Use the resource histogram template file from the Companion website to create a stacked column chart showing a resource histogram for this project, similar to the example in Figure 9-6. Be sure to include a legend to label the types of resources needed. Use appropriate titles and axis labels. 1. Exercise #3 from the e-text. listed above. see attached file. 2. Read about the MBTI test, its results, and how it is used at https://www.myersbriggs.org. (Links to an external site.) Then write a paper. At a minimum, read all of these pages: Home page > Myths and Facts My MBTI Personality Type (all pages underneath) Type in Everyday Life (all pages underneath) Describe what you think your MBTI type is using the 4 letters. After reading about the 4 dimensions of personality, be sure to review the table found here: https://www.myersbriggs.org/my-mbti-personality-type/mbti-basics/ (Links to an external site.) Explain all 4 letters of your code and why. Discuss how your personality type influences how you work with others. Then, explain how your personality type may influence your approach as an IT project manager.
