Hello my good friend, it's with a Great sorrow that our support will deduct $800 and other huge amount from me since, from their bank they did not received the the money after releasing Since the system encountered some problem and instead it marked as the payment has been made and project completed but the money was not received in their Bank, I'm humbly requesting you to Please check the reference for July 27th and if the amount was not deducted kindly make the payment by posting a new assignment, assign to me and release the payment. Thank you in advance
benmasila | Dec 27, 2021, 19:34 PM
Hi Friend, I am sorry but I cannot share my statements here. This was a few months ago. We have never had an issue with payment before. I believe it is the websites responsibility to pay you. I believe the issue is on their end not ours. I am sure if the payment did not go through they would have said something sooner. Please speak to them directly. I am positive the payment was made.
User_35428 | Dec 28, 2021, 06:09 AM
I have already uploaded the message that stated the funds were released. The system failing is an issue for the support. They should pay since you have done the great work. But I cannot pay again. If there is proof from the support that they did not get the payment I would like to see it.
User_35428 | Dec 28, 2021, 06:12 AM
i will find the bank statement and send it
User_35428 | Dec 29, 2021, 05:58 AM
I uploaded a picture of my statement. Where you can see on 7/27 a payment was made of 840 dollars. Please disregard my other statements.
User_35428 | Dec 29, 2021, 07:32 AM
Thank you so much friend for the clarification. I will get back to the support and let them know. Incase of any query I'll let you know! Thank you once again, happy holidays and take care!
benmasila | Dec 29, 2021, 07:41 AM
"We do not understand why the student does not wish to speak with us. She can check her statement on the 4th of August when it was voided. It's an unfortunate circumstance, but we need to work to get these funds back from the student. It's not their fault nor is it ours nor is it yours. We need to try to make a difficult situation better. Try to convince them to call the bank/card and see if that transaction actually went through. It did not arrive in our account."
benmasila | Dec 29, 2021, 18:35 PM
Hello friend, the above is the message from the support. I have also uploaded the bank statement from them showing the funds were voided. Kindly confirm
benmasila | Dec 29, 2021, 18:42 PM
The picture you have sent me is of a soccer player. I feel as though you are mocking me. You have not shown proof where a payment has been voided. You are claiming something that happened almost 6 months ago I find it hard to believe that it was voided. If it really was you would have contacted me sooner for the issue.
User_35428 | Dec 30, 2021, 04:00 AM
However, I am willing to speak to anyone. There is no voided for me on my statements for August 4.
User_35428 | Dec 30, 2021, 04:01 AM
I uploaded the same photo you uploaded to me.
User_35428 | Dec 30, 2021, 04:02 AM
I uploaded the wrong file, sorry for that. Let me upload the file from the support
benmasila | Dec 30, 2021, 07:53 AM
I have uploaded them friend
benmasila | Dec 30, 2021, 07:59 AM
Hi there. This is the support team speaking. We've sent you a couple of emails, please check your spam folder if you've not received it. It appears that perhaps your bank had not provided you a refund after the payment was voided. We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused and are willing to provide a significant discount for your troubles
User_217 | Dec 30, 2021, 19:01 PM
I called my bank and they say that the payment went through so Im not sure what to do
User_35428 | Dec 30, 2021, 23:31 PM
Hi there. Thanks for responding again. We've sent a full capture from our payment merchant proving that the transaction was refunded/returned. At this juncture, it appears we have $840 missing in the banking system. We would recommend maybe raising a dispute with the bank and saying that this transaction did not go through and you want a refund from it.
User_217 | Dec 31, 2021, 03:39 AM
Please download the PDF file and call your bank regarding this issue. They should give you a refund for the $840
User_217 | Dec 31, 2021, 03:40 AM
Hi there. Happy New Year. Any update regarding this matter?
User_217 | Jan 02, 2022, 17:03 PM
We have been trying to resolve this amicably, and we understand that this is cumbersome. But this is money that belongs to a tutor and we are giving you a final chance to resolve this before we release these records to your academic institution. The money is not with us and we've provided ample evidence that the payment had not gone through. Give us an update or we will be forced to take measures that will not benefit any party.
User_217 | Jan 05, 2022, 18:56 PM
I am willing to pay 300. However threatening me to contact my school is not professional. I know many people who use this website and I will be letting them know about this situation. it truly is unacceptable. I have graduated already as well.
User_35428 | Jan 05, 2022, 21:26 PM
?????
User_35428 | Jan 06, 2022, 06:31 AM
We've made changes to the requested payment via PayPal. Please sort it out within the next 24 hours.
