Next, create a script using your outline from Module 5. You should be able to use each of the major sections and the details within to create complete sentences and paragraphs for your script. Follow all APA style guidelines when writing your script. Save your work as a Word document. Finally, you will want a storyboard to go along with your script. This is a draft visual of what will be on the screen as you are speaking. To create your storyboard, you can use PowerPoint or an outline in Word. Some things to keep in mind: Each slide, or page, of your storyboard should include the text you will be speaking along with notes about what the visuals are. If you are using slides in your presentation, you can draft them or simply note what will be on the screen at that time.
