The teacher was asking for LIST OF INGREDIENTS which means the summary of ingredients in the restaurant that needed to be there on the shift. It is not the ingredients for each recipe.   • Food supplier order is just the list of ingredients for supplier. For example if the list of ingredients for the restaurants: 5kg chicken, 2kg pasta, 500g cheese, STOCK ON HAND : 1kg chicken, 200g cheese, FOOD SUPPLIER ORDER: 4kg chicken, 2kg pasta, 300g cheese.

  • Hi, It is correct, but you don't need the recipe coloumn in LIST OF INGREDIENTS. You just need Ingredients, Quantity, and Description(such as CHOPPED, SLICED, DICED). Please use ml, kg, loaf, and pcs. Do not use oz. For STOCK ON HAND, please delete coloumn Quantity and change the "Numbe on Hand" into "Quantity".
