Depending on the topic selected and best fit for the information, you will either be creating a report or an analysis of data. For example, the format for a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunites, and Threats format (SWOT) may look different from a project on recruitment. Arrange to meet face to face or virtual with the leader or leaders and spend time asking questions to find out what they see as current human resource challenges or issues. Talk through topics or project ideas that you may already be interested in using for your project. Look for an opportunity to find a project or topic that the leader would like help with so the project can benefit you both. At a minimum, your project will include a thorough explanation of the challenge and the impact it has, your evaluation of the challenge and what recommendations you have to address the challenge, and at least three outside sources of information to support your recommendations. Your project length should be a 7 pages
