They could be policies that contribute to causing the problem, that make it worse, that try to prevent the problem, or attempt to make it better. Discuss policies not programs. Write a two page paper in APA style answering questions and using supporting evidence to the answers. Using the skills you gained, find two policies that relate to the Homelessness problem. They can be local, state, or federal policies, or policies from outside the United States.
