For 2 levels as in this assignment (high imposing and low imposing), the test of significance does not need an ANOVA, rather a Studentised t-test. It can be done if permitted. Moreover the file `Power` is not there attached, which is stated to have 3 levels and hence may be amenable for ANOVA

ANOVA might work for strategies used in the bright colorful column on the very left of each sheet. I need at least three different kinds of tests to cover all the possible significance of each colorful column either on the top of the sheet or on the very left side of it.

Let me be clear about your work. ANOVA needs replicated data for each treatment to be compared. There are 9 and 34 strategies in sheet1 and sheet2 respectively each strategy has some replicated observations. Off course, some strategies are not having any data, like surname, first name etc. Is the work needs to be done to test of significance for comparing the strategies in each sheet having at least some observations? That too independently in each sheet and each file and also separately for high imposing and low imposing, or taking both the sheets pooled together and also file pooled together, one factor being strategies and other factor being high and low imposing. That is a 2-factor ANOVA. Clear me, which is your work to be done. Power file is still missing.

leave out those that don't have data.focus on each sheet alone while looking at high and low imposing together. This would be stage one for each file alone. I mean do this for imposition, power and then distance. After that, let us see the overall significance. Let me tell you how. Compare sheet one in all files together. Compare sheet 2 in all files together. So we can see which factor had the strongest effects. Is it power? is it imposition? is it distance?

I have done the ANOVA and calculated mean table for each of the 2 sheets for 3 files - Imposition, Distance and Power. In each of these 6 cases I have deleted those rows (strategies) that do not have any data in each level (High, Low or Equal) of Imposition/Distance/Power. Calculation of Critical Difference value (CD) or Tukey's HSD value for comparing means of the significant source of variation is very complicated here as number of observations or replications for each treatment is not same. You will have different CD or HSD value for different pair of treatments. Please check whether whatever is done here is as per your requirement and revert.

This is not what I want. I asked you to see which one ( high or low) that determines the use of strategies. I asked you to do more than one test to compare specific levels and the overall factors. I can't understand what you did. You calculated the mean for the strategies and this missed the difference between low and high.
