Create your own Factorial Design/DOE. If real observations are available, please use them to establish the hypothesis/idea of the DOE. On the other hand, use any web page to gather the data. For example, web page for climate/atmospheric data or statistical data from government/public agencies. Recommended to use 2x2 factorial and must use Minitab.

Instruction
1. create a DOE 2. gather the observations 3. apply concepts and methods previously studied (ANOVA, 2k Factorial, 3k Factorial 4) present adequate conclusions. Note: An implementation phase is not required. The assignment should be developed using (at least) the following phases: Introduction, Methodology, Analysis, Results, and Conclusions. Use the format of the Graduate School design project document attached (Guidelines-for-the-Design-Project-Article-Rev.-WI-15 _3_) No more than 5 pages for the written report.
