For this lab I want you to focus on creating a complete workout program for an Athlete. Similar to Lab 10 create a week long training plan that you would make for an elite athlete. Keep in mind an elite athlete (football player, basketball player, olympic swimmer, gymnast, figure skater, marathoner, cross-country skier, etc.) does different types of training and recovery activities for 8+ hours per day. Create the workout log for a specific athlete (if you are a current college athlete you must do one for a sport that you do not participate in), make sure your submission includes the sport you are creating this plan for. I need to see exercises that your athlete would use for agility/speed (ladder drills, vertical jump, suicides, dot drills, box jumps, etc) aerobic/anaerobic (olympic lifts such as snatch and clean and jerk) as well as more high intensity movements for resistance training (deadlifts, bench press, etc), and finally for flexibility/recovery what areas would they need
