Select two of the following issues: socioeconomic, ethical, legal, political, and regulatory and discuss how they affect the health care needs of this vulnerable population. Discuss the leadership strategies the community health nurse uses to deliver accessible, cost-effective, safe, quality care in addressing this vulnerable population. 4. Reflection Reflect on your experience with the windshield survey/community assessment and the population you selected. Discuss the effect this experience has had on your own personal attitudes about vulnerability and advocacy. 5. Scholarly Writing The introduction identifies the vulnerable population you selected, and explains the purpose of the paper. The conclusion summarizes important points made in the body of the paper.
