You answer the first question very good. but the problem with the second one a. you estimate 13% as a discount rate why you estimate this exact number and can you tell me would you use corporate level WACC why or why not. I think the company should change it because the company will go with new market so the risk will be higher that is mean the WACC should be higher. B- please talk about the ability of company by looking at beta, equity and cash flow. you didn't mention this point. C please talk about risk and return and give me expand answer not just mention it is downward trend. I really need this change now because I have to submit it. I am already late thanks
