Throughout human history, philosophy and religion both attempt to explain the unexplainable. What are similaries and differences between philosophy and religion? Why are Chinese philosophies such as Daoism and Confucianism included in this world religions course? How might someone who embraces Daoism, Confucianism, or another philosophical view on life see the world differently from someone who practices a religion?
