Even though this short focus paper with completed responsibility chart form is an important representation of your plan to successfully mobilize support for the implementation of your data gathering methodology, the real learning will be during the team building process that takes place as you experience the Responsibility Charting process. The discussion that can ensue as those you are working with consider the tasks ahead and how they are to be involved and accountable for them can be a powerful way of cementing relationships and building an effective Inquiry Team.
