Review carefully the written and videotaped statements made by former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and US National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski and reported in the two PowerPoint slides entitled: "Watch this video clip" and "We Created Al Qaeda to Fight the Soviets in Afghanistan."
