  • i think you need to talk about new project outside the campus not upgrading the old one or making changes. because the city will pay for it. we can't built it inside the University. so, do changes and talk about new bulding just next to the campus that have several restaurants and fast food services. also, it has good offers for the students and will give the chance for them to work there
