I went out of town on an emergency that is why I communicated with you prior to leaving as I stated if you had any questions you should have asked when we were communicating I also said READ the instructions prior to bidding so you will know what the assignment consist of had you done that prior to bidding you would have had the opportunity then to negotiate your price it clearly says read prior to bidding!! If you felt this was to much work to do for 30 you should have never set your offer price for 30. I do not need the project now as it is pass the deadline stated!! You stated you finished the assignment yet you didn't upload it when stated I clearly said no extensions or exceptions You also waited till after communication ceased to ask a question that could clearly be answered if you would have just read the instructions that were uploaded as well. Your question asked if you were to pick one or complete all the questions when it says answer the questions It doesn't say pick a section or questions to answer! I offered 25 to complete the project you counter offered 30 and asked me to assign I did so to what you agreed to you claim you were waiting on me to communicate and the work was finished I suppose to ask for more money however, as stated you were to read to make sure you could complete it prior to bidding and there would be no lead way for a late project. At this point you have failed to meet your end of the verbal contract therefore I am requesting a refund and have canceled the project. In the future I suggest you READ and REVIEW the assignment criteria prior to submitting your counter offer as stated especially when dealing with me that way there is know confusion or discrepancy's.

You only had to provide a paragraph if applicable for each question. A paragraph is 1 to 4 sentences again you should have read the instructions! I do not want to be unfair to you however, The question that prevented you from starting the paper could have been answered in the instructions, You completed 9-10 pages worth of work when I know that this project could have been completed with way less pages based upon my experience with completing this type of assignment and also placing help on H4Y with the same type of assignments. This type of assignment can be completed in 3-4 pages top and thats including a reference page! I do not know if you read the instructions or just felt the need to include an abundance of information? I do not know at this point because as I said it had to be uploaded by yesterday at 10:00 p.m. and whether you had the finished assignment or not you did not upload it. I also said Read/Review to make sure you understood what was expected and that it was within your capability to complete it ontime and correctly prior to bidding had you done so you would have THEN been able to change your bid and ask for what you felt was fair and at that time details could have been worked out because as I said this assignment can be completed within 3-4 pgs, you only needed to answer the questions. YOU should always look before submitting your bid that way both party's have the option of coming to an agreement. I did not like how you did not follow the directions, started the assignment, failed to upload the assignment, and then afterwards decided to say you have it but you want more money. The way you went about it was poor taste to me. You do not agree to something and then decide after assigned you want more and withhold the work in an attempt to bribe more funds out of me when truthfully the price initially was slightly more negotiable!! I apologize that your actions caused this confusion as I have worked with you in the past and have had a pleasant experience. Perhaps we can come to an agreement that is beneficial for both party's because I dont intend on paying for something I NEVER received and is to late to submit. First, if you noticed, there are 3PARTS each part with 11Questions. Okay, like you have said above, each question requires about a paragraph of 3-4 sentences; that's an average of 100words (check, in terms of words, the example you provided in the second attachment). Now lets calculate; 3 (parts) each 11 questions; that's 33 questions. then 100words each; this totals 3300words and that's about 10pgs. If I was to do it in 3-4pages as you claim, that means i would have done poor work with a sentence each question. As a good writer whose policy is to deliver QUALITY WORK, I decided to compete the work, then wait for you to reply so maybe we can agree on sth. This does not mean that you'd have agreed to the bonus thing, but I needed to communicate first. Like I said, I communicated immediately after you assigned the project, but it seems you assigned and went off till the last minute.

I had an emergency and I can not babysit you to ensure you understand what is expected of you. It says read and understand PRIOR to bidding apparently as I said you waited until afterwards to decide it was to much work for the price you offered (NOT MY PROBLEM) Secondly you mention that I did not have to agree to the bonus yet you with held the finished work until after you heard if I would give you more money or not and as I said it was done in poor taste!! If your intentions were honest you should have uploaded the project by the due date and time as stated and left a message in regard to wanting more money! You chose to disregard the due date and deadline which is why I AM NOT PAYING YOU. We can go back and forth on what you or I felt was sufficient enough to ensure quality work as we are both entitled to our opinions. Just know that because you did not upload the work I had a back up plan in place to pay someone else for last minute services on here They done an exceptional job only had 8 hours to do it, everything was properly APA formatted, They included a reference pg. and I paid 20.00 dollars and they got it done within 4 pages I included a bonus for the assistance and they have earned a client for life!!! Im done with this you know you are not entitled to any money because you did not upload anything and only after you heard from me did you offer to give me the finished product but for more money. Its sad how you handled this thats bad business all you had to do was upload the work when stated and kindly request more not try to hold onto the work and blackmail me for more money to get it!!
