At the conclusion of chapter,9 and 10 the text includes a Leadership Challenge. The Leadership Challenge provides the opportunity to apply important learned concepts throughout the text book. You will complete 15 Leadership Challenges, each worth up to 20 points. Each leadership challenge includes 2-3 questions to respond to using ESSAY format. The questions are specified with each challenge. Again, the Leadership Challenges are found at the end of each chapter in your text book. Content- How well did you use the information learned in this chapter and apply it to case scenarios provided? (Weight 70% of total points) Organization-Were your ideas easy to follow and logically ordered? (Weight 20 % of total points) Format-Did you use essay format? Did you use proper grammar? (Weight 10% of total points)
