I am flexible, even more flexible if it can be done quickly. I have other assignments due and I can't wrap my mind around this right now.

A few things I can see: Naming it Slave.EmpName is strange, possibly just name it EmpName? The column headers need to be informative of what they represent. Besides that it looks great for how quick it was done, as far as I can tell. It needs to be put into the word document in its logical order.
