  • Just look at the guide that I sent you the issues that you will be working on is issue 2 only not, then look for the group work that I sent you to see where you would post the issue. then read the case. write one to half a page introduction then write about about issue 2 ( 2pages). What ever you write, don't combine with group document that I sent to you. Just write to me a good introduction and issue number 2

  • I just attached one so that you see but it's not really the best paper so I hope your work will be better. One last thing, after you you finish please make three slides of powerpoints about issue 2. You don't have to write alot on the slides, just the main points on slide with little details but don't write anything on the note box on the bottom. I will just be talking about issue 2 for less than 2 minutes so it doesn't has to be huge. . If you do good, I will give you a bounouse.

  • I just looked at it, it's too general , look at the example that I postted to you, there are more to write about than Shirly, you focused alot on her. You need to talk more about the lack of training and not paying some of the employee an over time. You sould talk about how some of the empoye were complaining because they were assingmed long jobs which would take more than their shift to do and how the room were dirty before that some customres didn't want to stay.

  • Also you should start by addressing the issues then the improvement that they made then your suggustion. When you started you wrote about how friendly they were with customers, I believe that started to take place latter not early.
