i need help with a case for my finance class the case is about someone who has MBA and he got an offer for a job, more details will be in the attachment. i only need to write an overview about the case and answer the following question:- -1. Explain the situation that Steffen faces, and precisely describe the terms of the stock options he is being offered by Athena Global Technology. Why might he prefer these stock options to the cash bonus payment?
