For this project, I would like you to complete a virtual poster on one one disease or disorder of ANY organ system discussed in this course. You will then need to make your poster using a single Powerpoint slide, including cited images and an analysis of the following: -disease/disorder summary -cause of disease/disorder -major characteristics of disease/disorder -treatment/prevention of disease/disorder -any important NEW information (within past two years) on disease/disorder You must use information from the CDC website and/or the OMIM genome website (provided in the RESOURCES tab), and you must use at least one primary source (journal article) in addition to any other valid secondary sources you choose to use. All sources and images must be cited in the poster where used and in a works cited area on the poster. Please see examples that I have provided to you all. Finally, you must record a 2-3 minute summary of what you learned from this project and submit as an attachment with your final presentation OR embed directly into your powerpoint slide. As always, if submitted 48 hrs before the due date I will help you edit. Other computer programs may be able to be used as well, email me to clarify if this is an issue
