I have two questions need to be answered ASAP !! 1/ Do you agree with Fiedlers belief that people have one dominant leadership style and cannot change styles? Explain your response? 2/ Which contingency leadership theory do you actually plan to use, and how? If you dont plan to use any, give a detailed reason for not wanting to use any of the models.
