Law Assignment Rather than focus on the behavior of the manufacturer (as in negligence), strict liability claims focus on the product itself. Under strict liability, the manufacturer is liable if the product is defective, even if the manufacturer was not negligent in making that product defective. Please I need this done as soon as possible. Hard deadline is September 20, 8pm Eastern Time Instructions For this assignment, please complete the following: Choose a consumer product Identify the warnings printed on the product, insert, or packaging Answer the following 3 questions What are some of the possible risks of using the product? Are the warnings on the product sufficient to protect the manufacturer? If you think the warnings are insufficient, what should be included or added to the warning? One to two page essay answering the above questions. I will be uploading the pages from the book on this section shortly.
