Rhetorical analysis of a cover letter for English course.

I need a rhetorical analysis of the cover letter that is attached.

Instructions:
Indicate what it is lacking and how bad it presents the credibility (ethos) of the applicant/student, how it fails to develop pathos (achievement stories), and if it sounds logical for the admitting committee or not and why.
The analysis should be typed- 1-1.5 pages double spaced (font 12). It is a well though-out, grammatically correct academic analysis.
