On page 217, do Tasks 1 and 2 from the Personal Trainer, Inc. case. If you have Visio, you can use that, but MS Word or Power Point will work fine. Refer to page 190 to see what a Context Diagram and Diagram 0 look like. There is no absolute correct solution, as creating a DFD from a narrative is subject to some interpretation. Make sure you follow the syntax rules and that Diagram 0 agrees with the Context Diagram
