I need you to revise it you have to follow what she said in the paper check the sentences with red color because it was taken from the internet you have to change it please i don't want to see anything taken from the website. I need it ready in 12 hours from now New Historicism is a type of analysis that looks at the time period in which a work was created. Using the context of the time period, we better understand a text. Both Nora and Troy are unsatisfied with their lives. They are both disrespected, blocked, frustrated. They both struggle for the life they want. Using New Historicism, I want you to write an essay arguing, and supporting with research, that something in particular is to blame for either Nora or Troys dissatisfaction. Choose one play. Come up with a reason for Troys dissatisfaction in life, or come up with a reason for Noras dissatisfaction. Your thesis question is: Based on the plays time period, what is your characters problem? *Note: Fences was written pretty recently. However, August Wilson was trying to capture the time period of the 50s. Feel free to use the 50s as the historical context of Fences.
