I also uploaded a good example of your previous work. In this new work you are all over the place. I think pregnancy is a bad direction. You should use the same person but go with the focus of PEM, Protein Energy Malnutrition. We can pick another co-morbidity that is a factor in why the patient is not hungry or eating.
