Staying true to the basics is always advisable. Measures of time, measures of cost, measures of scope-specifications & quality. So, the second portion of this week's assignment is to close or terminate the project. That requires a "translation" developed to address an audience. Project managers must always be ready to report various aspects along the triple constraint. For this week, create a performance report for your deliverables. Hypothetical data may substitute raw statistics.
