I want to create a GUI application in C# that allows users to chat over a TCP connection. I want the users to be able to register and they will be able to log in again after logging out without having to re-register. There will be a general chatroom to start where all the users can communicate and then they can start private conversations with other users.   • it is not just a application. There should be developed some server app which is able to store users. It will take a lot of time. I will squeeze my time but would not mind if you added a $20 bonus because we will have to work with my teammates now to beat the deadline. thanks
