Legal Environment of Business Chapter Report I need at least a B on this: Due on or before 11:30 p.m. November 15, 2015 Instructions Select a textbook chapter not covered in the course syllabus. Write a report on the area(s) of law covered in your selected chapter. The report should be at least five pages, double-spaced, and 12-point font. Your report should contain the following content. Answer the question, How is knowledge of this area of law useful to my particular career field? Discuss at least three other subtopics associated with your area(s) of law, either from the textbook or outside sources. Include a case brief dealing with your topicit may be a Tennessee case or a U.S. Supreme Court case. List the cases relevant facts and court holding. Discuss why this case was important to the development of this area of law. Works cited Use at least four sources; Wikipedia doesnt count as a source, but your textbook may be one of your sources. Other law textbooks, legal websites, law-firm websites, and bar-association websites are all acceptable sources. Please list your sources on a separate page from your report.
