Instruction
I only want to you to answer the 3 questions by writing a small paragraph and comment on this paragraph by comparing the following:
How did your Operational Definitions compare?
How did your methods compare for keeping track of the aggressive acts?
What would you change if you were really keeping track of aggressive acts in a cartoon for an actual experiment or study?
This is the Paragraph
"For my assignment i choose south park on comedy central. This cartoon is more for adults and not suitable for young children due to the graphic nature of its content. There is alot of violence in almost every episode with guns and fights. One of the main thing that the cartoon features is one of the main characters named kenny always dies in each episode from some type of violence. I have watched this cartoon numerous times and i have never experienced any ramifications from it. Also one of my neighbors has watched and he hasnt experience any either. During each episode they also pick on whats going on in the world and make the four boys go on an adventure pertaining to that. Also there is lude and sexually explicit behavior. But one cartoon it can be compared too is family guy it is to me a little more dialed down. It still has it moments where it can get there. But nine times out of ten i would rather watch this. I think in my opinion really no long term damage will come for it. I wouldnt suggest that teens under 17 should watch either one unless if an adult can explain to them what this means or what that means. It is suitable for twenty somethings and adults because they have life experiences to comprehend and use the utt most maturity."
