First i wanted to say that this not my level in writing, can make it more simpler than that use easy words. Also the problem started in jeddah, Saudi Arabia. the flight was supposed to be from jeddah to london. but because of delayed they make it from jeddah to jordon then to london then to Ottawa. and in london we had most the problems which is no boarding and we didn`t know what the problem is because every flight is telling us its not their business. after 4 hours someone from oman and solve the problem in 5 minutes.
